Acquisition + Retail Super-Intelligence · v3.2

Acquire the right cars. Then sell them faster than anyone in your market.

AutoClaw scans live auction lanes and bids on the units your store actually turns. Cortex — the retail intelligence layer — then scores every car on your lot against live demand, your CRM leads, GA4 shopper behavior, and the Google Ads market. One closed loop. Every VIN, every signal, every action.

One headline product. One brain. A menu of execution channels.

AutoClaw is the imagination grabber — the autonomous acquisition engine that buys the right cars. Cortex is the brain that scores every VIN against live demand. The execution layer is the menu of places Cortex pushes that intelligence: search, social, calls, identity, and your sales team.

01 AC Acquisition

AutoClaw

Streams live Manheim and ADESA lanes. Scores every unit against your store's actual turn DNA. Auto-bids on the cars Cortex says will move fast and gross hard. The unfair advantage at the front of the funnel.

02 CX The Brain

Cortex

Scores every VIN on your lot against live market demand, your historical turn rate, real-time shopper behavior, and current ad market conditions. Proprietary demand index built on your data — not a license fee to a third-party market provider.

03 ⇆ Execution Layer

What Cortex actually does with the intelligence.

A menu of channels Cortex pushes to. Each one is a place dealers usually pay another agency to run separately. We run them as one connected loop.

LeadsCRM match + sales hand-off

You buy on instinct. You sell on guesswork. And the floorplan clock never stops.

Your buyer leaves the lane with units they "feel good about." Your manager pushes Google Ads dollars at whatever caught their eye this morning. Your CRM leads sit unmatched to the metal on your lot. Anonymous shoppers visit your site and disappear forever. Every disconnected step is a margin leak.

Without AutoClaw + Cortex

  • × Auction buys chase volume, not your store's actual turn pattern
  • × Manager guesses which units to push to Google Ads
  • × 95% of website visitors stay anonymous forever — no email, no identity
  • × Inbound calls untracked to source — best leads in the building, invisible
  • × Aged units bleed floorplan with zero attention

With AutoClaw + Cortex

  • Only buy units that score against your real turn DNA
  • Every VIN auto-scored daily on demand, supply, intent, cost
  • Identified visitors recaptured via email + Meta lookalikes
  • Every call tagged to source, VIN, and shopper history
  • Aged units trigger automated rescue sequences before 60 days

One headline engine. One brain. Five execution channels.

AutoClaw acquires. Cortex scores. The execution layer pushes the intelligence into every channel your dealership runs — or into channels most dealers don't even know are available.

03.1 / Search

Google Ads + Merchant Center

Hot units get instant search ad allocation. Cold units get rescue creative or paused. GMC feed monitored 24/7 — disapprovals fixed in minutes, not weeks.

Google Ads API · Merchant Center
03.2 / Social

Meta retargeting + lookalikes

VDP visitors and identified shoppers pushed to Meta as custom audiences. Lookalike audiences seeded from your highest-intent buyers. Hashed before transmission — never raw email or phone.

Meta Custom Audiences API
03.3 / Calls

CTM + Dynamic Number Insertion

Every traffic source gets its own phone number. Every call tagged to source, keyword, audience, and matched VIN. Callers automatically pushed back as remarketing audiences in Google + Meta.

CallTrackingMetrics · CallRail
03.4 / Identity

Anonymous visitor identification

Most dealers don't run this. Identifies ~30% of anonymous VDP visitors by email — feeds them into Meta lookalikes and into email recapture sequences on a separate warmed sending domain to protect your main email reputation.

VisualVisitor · Customers.ai · RetentionLeadPost
03.5 / Leads

CRM lead match + sales hand-off

Every CRM opportunity matched to specific VINs by make, year, payment range. Sales sees the heat map. Marketing knows which units don't need spend. Cortex enriches the CRM record — never overwrites the salesperson's notes.

What dealers ask before signing.

01
Do I need both AutoClaw and Cortex, or can I run one?
You can start with either. Cortex alone gives you per-VIN intelligence on the cars already on your lot. AutoClaw alone scores auction units against your turn DNA. The real lift comes when they run as a closed loop — Cortex tells AutoClaw what to buy, AutoClaw feeds Cortex what to sell.
02
Does this replace my existing market-data provider?
Cortex is its own retail intelligence layer — your data, your scoring, no third-party market provider in the middle. Most dealers consolidate within the first 90 days once Cortex has 30 days of their own history to score against. You can run Cortex alongside any existing tool for a parallel benchmark in the first cycle.
03
How long does setup take?
One 30-minute discovery call, then we map your accounts ourselves. Most stores see their first live Cortex scorecard within 48 hours. Auction integration is a separate one-week onboarding because Manheim and ADESA credentials require manual provisioning.
04
Will AutoClaw actually bid on cars automatically?
Only with your approval rules in place. Default mode is recommend-only — every bid requires a click from your buyer. Once you trust the engine, you can turn on auto-bid per make/model band with a hard ceiling. Every bid carries a reason code you can audit.
05
Who owns the data?
You do. Every API connection is OAuthed to your accounts. Cortex processes — we don't resell, repackage, or share with other dealers in your market.
